| Duties: | We are currently looking for a General Manager for our Birmingham, Alabama office. As a General Manager you will be responsible managing the sales, service, installation and operations of the region.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for revenue and profitability of the region. Including manage the P&L and budget process.
Lead and grow a sales force, supporting training and development of the team.
Identify target markets and develop sales and marketing strategies which will provide opportunities for growth.
Manage the service and installation process to ensure projects are designed and installed to customer satisfaction and company profitability.
P&L and budget responsibility for the operation

| Qualifications: | Strong business to business management background in a system integration business required.
Ability to lead a seasoned team as well as recruit, train and develop new positions.
Experience developing and implanting processes and procedures for project management.
Understanding of business operation management as well as sales management.
Experience in the audio visual industry or education technology is desirable
