| Duties: | This individual will be responsible for implementing and maintaining job costing processes and will expand current reporting capabilities. The primary objective will be to identify key inputs to each contract and assign costs as they are incurred, tracking each dollar spent to a specific job. Secondarily, this person will need to be able to accurately report information to the company leadership in a manner necessary to make informed decisions. Reporting may not be limited to job costing as this person will also be responsible for specialized reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities:
· Implementation of job costing process
· Once process is in place, this position will be responsible for job costing moving forward
· Database management and reporting
· Other duties as assigned within accounting/reporting area

| Qualifications: | · Experience Required – 3 to 5 years in business, preferably job costing and system/data reporting
· Skills and knowledge required – job costing; report writing; process mapping; detail orientation; excellent organizational skills; good communication skills both written and verbal; ability to deal with various levels of management; presentation skills
· Education and certification requirements – Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
